Ms MARY ROBINSON
ADJUNCT PROFESSOR FOR CLIMATE JUSTICE, CHAIR OF THE ELDERS, FORMER PRESIDENT OF IRELAND TRINITY COLLEGE DUBLIN
Mary Robinson is Adjunct Professor for Climate Justice in Trinity College Dublin and Chair of The Elders.
A crusader for women and those without a voice in Ireland, Mary Robinson was the first woman elected President of Ireland (1990-1997), before being appointed U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights (1997-2002). Amnesty International congratulated Mary Robinson on being named as a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Between 2013 and 2016 Mary served as the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy in three roles; first for the Great Lakes region of Africa, then on Climate Change and most recently as his Special Envoy on El Niño and Climate.
Mary Robinson currently serves also as Patron of the International Science Council and Patron of the Board of the Institute of Human Rights and Business, is an Ambassador for The B Team, in addition to being a board member of several organisations including the Mo Ibrahim Foundation and the Aurora Foundation.
Ms MARGARETH HENRIQUEZ
PRESIDENT AND CEO MAISON KRUG CHAMPAGNE (LVMH GROUP)
Margareth Henriquez is an extraordinary speaker and inspirational leader, and is incredibly dynamic and a visionary. She is the President and CEO of Krug Maison de Champagne and President of LVMH Estates & Wine Division. A seasoned professional with over 42 years of experience, 31 of which she has spent as President and/or CEO of multinational or global companies in Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina and now France.
Margareth Henriquez, better known as Maggie, was also president of the Association of Manufacturers in Venezuela and Mexico. She actively participated in the transformation of the wine Industry of Argentina, where she became deeply connected with viticulture and winemaking over the eight years she spent at the head of Moët Hennessy’s properties in the country.
In 2019 she has been selected by Bettane et Desseauve as the wine personality of the Year 2020. In January 2021 she was awarded a knighthood by the Legion of Honour, one of the most distinctive awards in France.

VICE PRESIDENT EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT
In 2020, Roberta Metsola was elected as the First Vice President of the European Parliament, becoming the first Maltese national to hold the post. Professionally she is a lawyer, who has specialised in European law and politics.
She served as Malta's Legal and Judicial Cooperation Attaché within the Permanent Representation of Malta to the European Union.
She was first elected to the European Parliament in 2013, becoming one of Malta's first female Members of the European Parliament. She was re-elected in 2014 and then again in 2019.
Ms CYNTHIA HUTCHINSON
VICE PRESIDENT AUTOMATION ALLEY
Cynthia Hutchison is Vice President of Automation Alley, a globally recognized Industry 4.0 knowledge center and a World Economic Forum Advanced Manufacturing Hub (AMHUB), where she oversees program development, operations, sales, marketing and government affairs efforts for the non-profit association's portfolio of 1,100-plus technology and manufacturing member companies across Michigan.
Hutchison connects public and private industry stakeholders across Michigan for regular AMHUB meetings and leads invitation-only roundtables with C-Suite leaders and state and federal officials to help inform their legislative agendas regarding manufacturing, technology and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
She recently introduced and facilitated “The New Normal: Leveraging COVID-19 Mitigation Strategies to Build Future Innovation,” a weekly livestream series that leads the conversation with industry experts on what’s in store for manufacturing, digital transformation and business post-pandemic.
She is a member of the Secure America Institute Governance Board and the Michigan Fashion Industry Council and was recognized as a Notable Woman in STEM by Crain's Detroit Business in 2019.
Ms JENIFER CLAUSELL-TORMOS
FOUNDER AND CEO DEVELOP DIVERSE
Jenifer Clausell-Tormos holds a PhD in Technology Development and has held positions both at universities and in industry as a scientific researcher. In her career, first, she leveraged tech for biomedical applications; and after 10 years, her drive for gender balance and diversity brought her to use her expertise in tech, this time, to close the gender and diversity gap by founding Develop Diverse, a company that uses tech to normalise diversity through inclusive communication.
Jenifer has been empowered by the PWN community to take this bold step and today serves as CEO for the company she founded.
Ms ASENA AKAN
Started studying violin at the age of 5 at the Istanbul State Conservatory. She has BA and MA degrees in Psychological Counseling from the Istanbul University. Concurrently, she studied Classical Voice and Opera at the Istanbul State Conservatory. After her graduation she studied jazz vocal and theory. She continues her musical journey with jazz vocals, composing and stage performances. Currently, she is running creative music workshops in which she uses the healing and transforming power of music. She is also presenting the "Dünyanın Cazı" radio program once a week on Açık Radio.
Akan is working on the new music projects as a composer, lyricist, singer and bass guitarist. Her albums ‘Istanbul’un İzleri’ (2013); ‘Golden Heart’ (2016); ‘Parçalar’ (EP-2017); 'Suya Yazdım' (Single-2019) has been released from the label Z Production/Kalan Music and ‘Şimdi, Burada ve Daima’ (Single-2020) has been released from the label Ada Music.

Professor Francesca Gino studies how people can have more productive, creative and fulfilling lives. She is a professor at Harvard Business School and the author, most recently, of “Rebel Talent: Why it Pays to Break the Rules in Work and Life.” Francesca regularly gives keynote speeches, delivers corporate training programs and serves in advisory roles for firms and not-for-profit organizations across the globe.
Francesca has been honored as one of the world’s Top 40 Business Professors under 40 and one of the world’s 50 most influential management thinkers by Thinkers 50. Professor Gino has won numerous awards for her teaching, including the HBS Faculty Award by Harvard Business School's MBA Class of 2015, and for her research, including the 2013 Cummings Scholarly Achievement Award, from the Academy of Management Organizational Behavior Division. Her studies have also been featured in The Economist, The New York Times, Newsweek, Scientific American, Psychology Today, and The Wall Street Journal, and her work has been discussed on National Public Radio and CBS Radio.
Ms OTILIA CIOTAU
ADVISER TO THE MANAGIN DIRECTOR & CFO WORLD BANK
Otilia Ciotau is adviser to the Managing Director and to the World Bank Chief Financial Officer. Before, Otilia worked for several years in the World Bank Treasury, on asset allocation, portfolio management, quantitative strategies and also assisted central banks on the design and fine tuning of their foreign exchange reserves asset allocation. Before World Bank, among others, Otilia led the Market and Liquidity Risk team of Erste Bank’s Romanian subsidiary and was Director of Business and Product Development and Chief Economist with Piraeus Bank. Otilia has a degree in Mathematics, in Finance, a MSc in Finance and she is a CFA and CAIA charter holder.
Otilia believes in the power of inspiring & empowering girls drawing on her experience as the first Romanian woman to summit Everest, she delivers presentations to high schools in the U.S.A. and Romania.

CEO MCDONALD'S RUSSIA
Marc Carena first joined McDonald’s in August 2017 as vice president of the corporation responsible for the segment of leading international markets and under a year later rose to CEO of McDonald's in Russia.
Before this Marc Carena was CEO of Cash & Carry Croatia after his time as President of the Supervisory Board of JV Metro Cash & Carry and Spar, Austria. And in his six years+ in Nestle Marc has held senior positions in marketing, sales and top management at Nestle, working across 10 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Education: University of Bern (MVA 1996-2001), exchange training at Maastricht University (1997-98), Harvard University (2000) & various management courses at the London School of Business and the European Institute of Business Management.
Mr MIRCEA GEOANA
DEPUTY SECRETARY GENERAL NATO
Mircea Geoană, founder of the Aspen Institute Romania, became NATO Deputy Secretary General in October 2019, after a distinguished domestic and international career. He is a strong advocate of transatlantic integration and he has published extensively on domestic and international affairs. He has held a number of international positions, including OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for Georgia. Mr Geoana also served in various capacities as a diplomat and politician, including Ambassador to Washington, Minister of Foreign Affairs, President of Romanian Senate, and, in 2009, he was his party’s candidate for President of Romania.
Mr Geoană is the first Deputy Secretary General from Romania, and the first from any of the countries that joined the Alliance after the end of the Cold War.

A valued member of our own PWN France advisory board, Olivier Campenon is CEO of Lefebvre Sarrut, a leading legal publishing European group, and the founder and CEO of La Financière de la Clarté, a consulting firm in digitalisation. Prior to this he was President of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce between June 2016 and June 2018.
Olivier has over 20 years of international experience as an executive in the ICT sector with such notable companies as BT (British Telecom), Arthur Andersen, AT&T, SIRIS, and T-Systems France.
Olivier graduated in 1986 from Supélec – Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité, one of the leading French engineering schools and is married with three children.

Ms CECILIA RONAN
CEO CITIBANK EUROPE
Cecilia Ronan is the CEO for Citibank Europe Plc & Citi Country Officer (CCO) for Citi Ireland.
In her role as CEO, Cecilia is responsible for delivery of the strategy, robust governance, end to end risk management, prudent financial management, and conduct and culture for CEP. She also she leads the Bank’s relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland and European Central Bank, as it relates to the legal entity. Cecilia also serves as Executive Director for CEP. CEP employs over 10,000 people across 22 countries.
She was appointed CCO for Citi Ireland in 2018, overseeing 2,500 people. As CCO, Cecilia works with Product and Function Heads to design, execute and embed the business strategy in Ireland. She leads and is accountable for the management of risk and controls and protecting and enhancing Citi’s brand in the Irish market. In addition, she is responsible for the attraction, development and retention of the outstanding people that Citi’s values, business and strategy require.
Cecilia joined Citi in 2000 in Human Resources. In 2012, she was appointed Head of the Citi Service Centre and CAO for Ireland, where she led a team of 1,900 Operations and Technology professionals. Most recently Cecilia has been Chief Administrative Officer for CEP providing strategic and operational support for the entity.
Prior to that, Cecilia worked in Microsoft Ireland and across a range of roles in Government and NGOs in Africa where she grew up.
Cecilia has a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and a Masters in HR from Leicester University. Cecilia is a Vice-Chair of the FSI Executive Board, Member of the Board of National College of Ireland, Member of IBEC National Council, and Industry Advisory Committee for the Ireland for Finance Strategy, and a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers.
