PWN Paris is a non-profit association.
In case of cancellation of your event registration, refunds will be possible up to one week (7 days) before the date of the event (refund excluding bank charges).
After this date it will not be possible for us to make a refund, except in case of “force majeure” justified by an official document, or in case of cancelation of the event by PWN.
Our prices, membership and events prices are calculated as accurately as possible, taking into account the costs we have (room rental fees, caterers, suppliers, staff) as well as the value of the service we offer.
We apply different rates for our members and for non-members.
Our members pay an annual membership fee. They can register to specific member-only events, have a discount rate for all events and access to dedicated actions and specific information.
