We are delighted to welcome Sam Colt from Nurole to discuss “How to Navigate the Path to a Board Seat: Dos and Don'ts from an Executive Search Specialist.”

Sam joined Nurole, the Board hiring platform, October 2022 after 16 years as a Partner at the international search firm, Odgers Berndtson. Previously she also ran her own boutique search firm focused on the nascent UK tech sector. Sam has over 20 years Board search experience; she has appointed NEDs to listed, private, PE and VC-backed companies as well as the non-profit sector. She also sits on the Board of a London-based arts charity where she chairs the Nominations Committee.
